Troykyd® D762 is an air release additive for aqueous systems - Troykyd® D762 is an emulsion of mineral oil, surfactants and silica. It provides excellent foam control for aqueous systems and can be used in low to high PVC systems. The product is effective over a wide range of pH and temperatures. Troykyd D726 is a robust defoamer containing multi-hydrophobes. It provides long term defoaming efficacy in flat to semi gloss architectural coatings. Troykyd D726 can often be used as a single defoaming material in formulations where multiple defoamers have been required previously for adequate defoaming function. . Its strong performance provides excellent cost-in-use. Troykyd® D762 is an air release additive for aqueous systems - Troykyd® D762 is an emulsion of mineral oil, surfactants and silica. First Aid Measures 
Ingestion

 

 

Never give anything by mouth to an unconscious person. Get medical aid. Do NOT induce vomiting. If conscious and alert, rinse mouth and drink 2-4 cupfuls of milk or water.
Inhalation

 

 

Remove from exposure to fresh air immediately. If not breathing, give artificial respiration. If breathing is difficult, give oxygen. Get medical aid.
Skin

 

 

Get medical aid. Flush skin with plenty of soap and water for at least 15 minutes while removing contaminated clothing and shoes. Wash clothing before reuse.
Eyes

 

Immediately flush eyes with plenty of water for at least 15 minutes, occasionally lifting the upper and lower eyelids. Get medical aid.

Stability

 

Stable under normal temperatures and pressures.
Incompatibilities

 

 

Strong oxidizing agents, strong bases.
Decomposition

 

Carbon monoxide, irritating and toxic fumes and gases, carbon dioxide.

Acrylic elastomer is a general term for a type of synthetic rubber whose main component is acrylic acid alkylester (ethyl or butyl ester). Acrylic elastomer has characteristics of heat and oil resistance. It is divided into old type and new type: Old types include ACM (copolymer of acrylic acid ester and 2-chloroethyl vinyl ether) containing chlorine and ANM (copolymer of acrylic acid ester and acrylonitrile) without chloride. Other than the slightly better water resistance of ANM, there are no physical differences; even processability is poor for both types. Since prices are also high, demand is not so high vis-à-vis the characteristics. On the other hand, the new type of acrylic rubber does not contain any chlorine despite its unclear chemical composition. Processability has been improved; most of the tackiness to rolls, as well as staining problems related to mold have been solved. Major characteristics of acrylic rubber include heat resistance and oil resistance; it can endure a temperature of 170-180 ℃ under dry heat or in oil. Since it does not have a double bond, acrylic rubber also boasts of good weatherability and ozone resistance. Its cold resistance is not that good, however. The saturation point is -15 ℃ for the old type and -28...-30 ℃ for the new type. In terms of vulcanization, the standard method for the old type is amine vulcanization. To minimize permanent deformation, the old type requires curing for 24 hours at a temperature of 150 ℃. On the other hand, for the new type, the press curing time and follow-up vulcanization time are significantly reduced by combining metal soap and sulfur. It has no special characteristics. The rebound resilience and abrasion resistance of the new type are poor, and even its electrical characteristics are considerably poor compared with acrylonitrile-butadiene rubber and butyl rubber. The materials are used mainly for oil seals and packagings related to automobiles.

Polymethyl methacrylate, is the clear break-resistant sheeting sold as acrylic glass (or simply acrylic sheet) or under the trade name Plexiglas, Perspex, etc. Polyacrylate emulsion, water-borne coating, are used as binder for outdoor and indoor "latex" house paints. Acrylic paints as artist paints, Acrylic fibre, Sodium polyacrylate water-soluble thickeners, a polymer for the production of the Superabsorbent polymer (SAP) used in disposable diapers due to its high absorbency per unit mass , Acrylic resin as pressure-sensitive adhesive, "Super glue" is a formulation of cyanoacrylate. PVAc copolymer emulsion adhesive of vinyl acetate (VAM) and acrylic acid (VAA), Polyacrylamide copolymer used as flocculation agent in water treatment ,

Kolomiper esaslı bir polietilen wax olan etilen vinil asetat (eva), 93 - 98 erime sıcaklığına sahiptir. Etilen vinil asetattan üretilen EVA, esnek yapısı ve darbelere dayanıklı özelliği ile geniş bir kullanım alanına sahiptir. Etilen vinil asetat'ın hem ısı hem de soğuk geçirmeme özelliği vardır. Ayrıca doğaya dost özelliği ile geri dönüşümü yapılabilmektedir. Endüstride çok yaygın bir şekilde kullanılan Etilen vinil asetat'ın ne gibi özellikler sergileyeceğini, içeriğinde bulunan vinil asetat oranı belirlemektedir. Vinil asetat oranı arttıkça Etilen vinil asetat'ın sertliği azalmaktadır. Sertlik azaldığı için meydana gelen esnek yapı, sert olan polimerlerin toklaştırılması işleminden çok sık kullanılmaktadır. Yüzey kalitesi yüksek olan Etilen vinil asetat, şeffaf ve renksiz bir görünüşe sahiptir. Kolay işlenebilir ve ikincil işlem kolaylığı vardır. Etilen vinil asetat'ın boyutsal olarak sabit olması da diğer önemli özelliklerinden biridir. Yoğunluğu en düşük olan poliüretan'dan üretildiği için hafif tabanlıdır ve bu durum kullanım oranını artırmaktadır.
