DEAE, Dietiletanolamine / Nötralize edici aminler: Uçucu özelliklerinden dolayı kondens hatlarında oluşan karbonik asidi nötralize ederler. Başlıca nötralize aminler, amonyak morfolin, siglohegzilamin, dietilaminoetanol, monoetanol amin, dimetil izoproponal amindir.


Bu nötralize aminlerin kullanılmasında nispi baziklik, nötralizasyon kapasitesi ve termal stabilite çok önemlidir.


DEAE procain için öncü kimyasaldır ve 4-aminobenzoic ile reaksiyona girerek procain üretir. DEAE buhar ve kondenzasyon hatlarında karbonik asit nötralize etmesi ve oksijen süpürmesiyle korozyon inhibitörü olarak kullanılır.

 

Diethylethanolamine can be used as a precursor chemical to procaine. It can be reacted with 4-aminobenzoic acid to make procaine.


Diethylethanolamine is used as a corrosion inhibitor in steam and condensate lines by neutralizing carbonic acid and scavenging oxygen.


2-diethylaminoethanol is a colorless liquid. Flash point 103-140°F. Less dense than water . Vapors heavier than air. Produces toxic oxides of nitrogen during combustion. Causes burns to the skin, eyes and mucous membranes.
